Where does FloxyLuxe ship?

FloxyLuxe currently ships in Germany, USA, United Kingdom, Austria, Sweden, Denmark, France, Italy, Belgium, Spain, Netherlands, Malta, Nigeria and many more countries. You may experience longer delivery times when shipping to remote areas.

We offer Standard (1-3 business days): Free shipping

We offer Standard (2-7 business days): 5,00€

We offer Standard (Door to Door 5-15 business days): 19,99€

How long will it take to ship to Germany and the rest of Europe?

Shipping to our German customers in major provinces will take 1-3 business days. In the rest of Europe it can take up to 2-7 days depending on your locations. No matter which shipping method you choose, we’ll send a tracking number so you can watch your package’s journey.

When will my order ship?

Here’s how it works: you order, we process, then we ship.

Ordering takes a few seconds. Processing takes 24hrs (and orders placed after 1pm Central European Time (CET) are processed the next business day). Then DHL / Deutsche Post takes it from there. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. It’s on the way!

How can I edit my shipping address?

If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email contact@floxyluxe.store or call +49 176 70219062.

FloxyLuxe will not be held responsible for incorrect shipping addresses. However, we can help you fix the error on the address within 6 hrs of your order. We ship quickly, so please be sure to have all the info correct.

How can I find out more information about a product?

Will my product wear out/melt/dry/freeze/expire/etc.?

If the product is subjected to excessive heat or cold for short periods of time, it will not impact the product’s efficacy.

It is generally recommended that they be used within 2 years of manufacture or 6 months after opening for best product quality.

Are you cruelty free?

We’re committed to being cruelty free: this means we do not test on animals at any stage of product development, and we will only work with vendors who uphold the same standards.

Returns & Exchanges

How do I place a return or exchange?

We're sorry you didn't love your FloxyLuxe product. Please reach out to contact@floxyluxe.store with your details and the products you'd like to exchange or return, and we'll take care of the rest.

What’s your return policy?

All returns must be processed within 7 days of receiving the order. Order details must be provided to place a return.

You will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded. Email us at contact@floxyluxe.store and we'll help you place the return. Please note that you will have to be responsible for covering the shipping cost for any product return.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, sorry about that! Please contact us at contact@floxyluxe.store and we’ll be sure to get you the FloxyLuxe product you ordered! We make mistakes and are happy to correct them!
